Refund policy

Returns  

OH NO! Legal stuff! We know that legal things can be a bore or even a spoiler alert, but we want to ensure we are protected as well as our customers. We want to work with you, and we hope you can work with us! To ensure our boutique continues to run smoothly, we ask that you would take some time out and read through our policies in order to gain a better understanding of how our boutique functions! 


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can offer you store credit for your exchange. Please note, we reserve the right to change our policy at any time. SetApart IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, returned, or stolen packages. In an event, you received your order, and it is damaged, please email all photos FIRST to setapart90@gmail.com within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange or a return. To qualify for a return/exchange your item must be UNUSED meaning in the SAME condition that you received it including tags if applicable. WE WILL NOT accept merchandise with deodorant markings, perfume smells of any sorts, stains, or any altered merchandise. SetApart reserves the right to deem what is acceptable for return and what is not. If items are not returned on the 7th day after we authorize your return/exchange, items WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, NO EXCEPTIONS. We also reserve the right to refuse returns in the event merchandise was altered. If you are not eligible for a return, you (the buyer) are responsible for buying the item.  

Additional non-returnable items:  
Gift cards, and any sale items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior authorization from SetApart as WE WILL NOT accept items that have not been authorized for return.    

Refunds   
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you dnot notify us within 7 days regarding a return or an exchange, you will not be eligible for a refund and will only be eligible for store credit. After 10 days without notifying us of your request for a return or exchange, you will not qualify for store credit.  

Late or missing refunds   
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.  
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at setapart90@gmail.com. 

Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. (All sales are final and cannot be returned). 

Exchanges   
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving your order. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, send us an email FIRST at setapart90@gmail.com, and we will send you a return address. 

Please help us minimize exchanges by following the size guideline for each item. If you have any questions, please contact us via email setapart90@gmail and allow 1 to three days for us to respond due to high email volume.
