SetApart uses USPS for all shipping and packing. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery. If you have not received your package within the time frame, please contact your local post office to inquire about any delays. You are responsible for your shipping costs. You will also be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your item is lost or has not arrived within 7 days, we suggest you contact your local post office to inquire about any packing information as WE ARE NOT responsible for the misplacement of your item. We are not responsible for additional fees such as customs fees, or anything else related to shipping and handling, additional cost, or special shipping in which includes insurance.
SetApart will send all orders out for delivery every FRIDAY each week due to being a start-up boutique. As time goes on this policy may change and allow for more frequent order deliveries during the week such as Monday's and Wednesdays. As for now, if your item is purchased after 4 pm on a Friday, then your order will be mailed out the following Friday.
